I look after high performance compute clusters for Oxford University's Astrophysics and Theoretical Physics subdepartments. There are three clusters at the moment, with a total of about 1,800 CPU cores and 150 TB of disk space. I do everything from specification, purchasing, hardware & software installation, fixing whatever happens to break, helping users compile & run whatever it is they want to compile & run, and generally keeping the users happy and the machines fed & watered. 01865 273958
